To become a renowned businessman in Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord, you must first acquire a workshop that starts at level 1. However, wherever you look, there is no way to upgrade or level up this workshop. Workshops, at this point in time, produce a very low revenue stream.
I've played a lot and never had a single workshop level up. Screenshot, or its BS. Apparently TW are working on a economy rework, for good reason too, and don't plan on deciding if workshops should get extra levels till after that. When i look at my workshop it says level 1. How do i get it to level 2.

Unfortunately, for the time being, the workshop cannot be leveled up. However, it is worth noting that since the workshop has a level designation, it can be assumed that the option to upgrade it was supposed to be available in the game at launch, but for some reason was not implemented.

Maybe i am masochist but for some reason i decided to level up roguery. Iam about lvl 99 rog. Almost every unit in my army is bandit. It awards 30xp to a single troop type. T1 recruit needs roughly 600xp. 20 days for 1 level up of 1 troop. Perk is completly useless right now. Should award stack xp like prophesy of pendor. You got 30 recruits so the stack is awarded 900 xp upgrading 1.5 troops on day 1 getting lower with each troop Ranking up to t2.

Added a new Max Skill Level setting with default value of 400. Added 2 settings to pick which heroes customizations should apply to. Options: All Heroes, Player, Player & Companions. This mod allows you to customize character and skill XP gained from all the sources however you wish.
